How long does setup take?
You can import your customers and your price book from a CSV, book the first visit, and send the first invoice on the same day — none of it waits on us. (We would rather say that than quote an average: this is a new product, and an average of very few shops is not a number worth printing.)
Do my technicians need training?
The app shows a technician their own day, and each job has the same four buttons: on my way, start, add a part, take payment. There is no manual because there is not much to learn — but we have not trained enough crews to quote you a number, and would rather not invent one.
Can I switch from another tool?
Yes. On Business plans we handle migration of your customers, jobs, and pricing for you.
Is there a contract?
